Yoga for Body, Breath and Mind
Take time to breathe, move and connect with yourself as Kelly guides you through a practice focusing on bringing the body into balance with an emphasis on how you feel in your body. You’ll be encouraged to experiment with ways of moving that feel right for you with plenty of time for relaxation at the end.
