Reiki Light Therapies

I am Joanna Pietraszek, an intuitive healer who uses various techniques to help people heal holistically, that is, physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally, bringing all into alignment. When the mind and body work with the spirit we heal, mentally and emotionally allowing a release of energetic blocks. As a certificate holder in both Usui (traditional) Reiki and Sekhem Reiki (Egyptian Reiki) I am able to combine the two modalities within my sessions offering a deeper healing. Working with these elements opens up the intuition and this allows me to intuitively bring in elements of kinesiology, sound, crystal, aromatherapy and meditation to my sessions. As these are brought in intuitively it is not possible to say prior to a session which will be used, I simply allow myself to be guided.

Mini Reiki Sessions

Joanna will offer 9 one-to-one mini Reiki Healing Sessions. A Reiki Healing Session provides a relaxing and positive way to help you heal your whole body as it encompasses healing for physical, emotional and mental problems. Reiki energy brings deep relaxation, soothing emotions and reducing negative feelings. Reiki has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. Reiki is an inclusive therapy in that it's suitable for any age, great for children, and wonderful for animals.

Special Activity Instructions

You remain fully clothed during the treatment but you will be asked to remove your shoes, watch, jewellery and spectacles. Reiki passes through anything, even plastercasts, and so there is no need to remove any clothing during a healing session.

You will be made comfortable lying down on a massage couch, or seated in a chair, calming music will help you to relax. The main thing is for you to be as comfortable as possible. During your treatment you may choose to be quiet so as to truly calm your mind and body but you are encouraged to speak up if you feel uncomfortable or need to ask a question.
