All Hands on Earth
Carole & Reece invite you for an evening of Kundalini Yoga where you will experience what is necessary for living in this Aquarian Age. Leave the class with a clearer understanding of how to deal with the pressure that we find in the world.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti; this is a spiritual energy that's said to be located at the base of your spine. This ancient healing practice awakens and connects you to the divine energy within yourself, so you can achieve a life full of lightness, joy, beautiful experiences and boundless love.
