Mindfulness and Nature Connection
Join us for a mindfulness and nature connection practice. Start your day from a place of open heart, curious mind and attuned senses to the elements of nature around us. The first hour will be held indoors with a guided meditation, setting the intention for the day followed by an hour outdoors for mindful walking and being called to a Sit Spot.

Special Activity Instructions
Bring your own mat to sit on outdoors and a warm jacket should the weather be bad. We have a small number of yoga mats available.
