If you haven’t dared to take a dip in our beautiful crystal clear waters at Meigle now is the perfect opportunity!
Cold water immersion is a tonic and we are so lucky to have a beach right on our doorstep.
We are happy to add Happy & Wild to our festival lineup with an opportunity for 30 people, over three time slots an opportunity to have a swim and warm up on the beach afterwards with a sauna.
Lisa Boonsanong (Happy and Wild)
I am a open water swimming coach and Sauna tent owner.
Cold Water swim / Sauna Tent
Open water swimming and Saunas are growing more and more popular in Scotland, the benefits include enhanced metabolism and improved mood, all of which are essential for proper brain function and a robust immune system being in and near water decreases the stress hormones. I will be providing a cold water dip/ swim after the nature walk on the Thursday evening and on the Saturday I will be setting up my sauna tent and offering 2 hours of Sauna. Each group will be for one hour with a max of 10 spaces. You can go in and out of the sauna and cold water as often as you want in the hour.
